Chris Malone serves as the Head of Data Centers at OpenAI, leading the company's data center team. His expertise spans system architecture, data center, server, storage, and network power, cooling, controls, and physical design.

Prior to joining OpenAI, Malone drove Meta's data center technology strategy, providing technical leadership in both infrastructure and hardware development. Before his tenure at Meta, he led data center R&D at Google.
