Chris Laszlo is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a position he has held since 2007. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Drucker School of Management, a role he has maintained since 2011. His teaching and research focus on flourishing for business and world benefit, a theme he has explored since 1999.
