Biography

Chris Dols is responsible for managing the Value Engineering program at the NY District of the Army Corps of Engineers. In this role, he also functions as a Sr. Cost Engineer, providing subject matter expertise in areas such as storm surge barriers and dredging.

Beyond his engineering and program management responsibilities, Dols is a federal union organizer and serves as the President of Local 98 of the International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers.
