Chiara Varazzani is a Lead Behavioural Scientist at the OECD, where she leads the Behavioural Science Unit. In this role, she collaborates with over 50 governments to design, test, and scale evidence-based policies through experimentation, AI, and behavioural insights. Her work draws on more than 15 years of international experience applying behavioural economics, cognitive science, and impact evaluation across government, academia, the private sector, and international organizations.
