Cheryl Cepelak is a semi-retired consultant, trainer, and facilitator. She currently operates as self-employed since 2022. Prior to her semi-retirement, she served as Interim Director for the State of Connecticut from January 2022 to January 2024.
Her career includes extensive involvement with IPMA-HR, where she was a member for over 25 years, from 1999 to January 2024.
