Chelsea Mattias serves as the Global Head of Capital Markets at Capco, where she is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In this role, she focuses on business consulting and driving transformation initiatives related to technology, data, and artificial intelligence.

Prior to her current position at Capco, Mattias held the role of Product Controller at UBS, gaining experience in the financial sector.
