Biography

Dan Barber is the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Pocantico Hills, New York, and Family Meal at Blue Hill in Manhattan. He also co-owns Blue Hill Farm in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. Beyond his restaurant ventures, Barber is the author of “The Third Plate: Field Notes on the Future of Food” and the Co-Founder of Row 7 Seed Company.
