Charlot Magayi, born around 1993, is a Kenyan stove designer and climate activist. She is the founder of Mukuru Clean Stoves, a company focused on clean cooking solutions, and is recognized as a "Clean Cooking Champion!". Magayi was an Earthshot Prize winner in 2022.

Her work has earned her several accolades, including being named to the Time Climate 100, a Bloomberg New Economy Catalyst, and a Stanford Global Energy Hero.
