Chandra Fox serves as the Deputy Director at Spokane County Emergency Management. In this role, she leverages her expertise in disaster preparedness, mitigation, response, recovery, and continuity principles. She is recognized for her ability to organize programs and projects at a detailed level and for her cross-functional collaboration with regional, public, and private partners.

Fox is also an experienced educator and training and exercise manager.
