Challa Sreenivasulu Setty, also known as C. S. Setty, is the current chairman of State Bank of India, India's largest public sector bank. Born on September 26, 1965, in Peddapothulapadu village in Telangana, he leads one of India's most significant financial institutions.

Setty began his extensive career at the State Bank of India in 1988 as a probationary officer, with his first assignment at the Bardoli, Surat branch. Over his more than 35 years at the bank, he has served at various levels.
