Cecilia Tam serves as the Head of the Energy Investment Unit at the International Energy Agency (IEA). In this role, she focuses on energy investment. Prior to her current position, she was a Team Leader for Clean Energy Finance and Investment Mobilisation at the OECD - OCDE. She also held a previous role at the International Energy Agency as the Head of the Energy Demand Technology Unit.
