Biography

Catherine Howarth is the Chief Executive of ShareAction, a charity dedicated to responsible investment, a role she has held since 2008. In this capacity, she leads efforts to promote sustainable and ethical practices within the investment industry. She also contributes to financial governance as a Board Member at Nest Pensions since 2024 and provides expertise to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a member of its ESG Advisory Committee since 2022.
