Cassandra Seier serves as the Head of International Capital Markets at NYSE. In this capacity, she leads a team responsible for attracting new foreign issuers to the Exchange from outside the United States. Her work involves advising entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, private equity firms, and investment banks as private companies pursue a NYSE public listing, whether through traditional IPOs, SPAC combinations, or Direct Listings.
