Carrie Billy serves as the President & CEO of the American Indian Higher Education Consortium (AIHEC), a role she has held since June 2007. In this position, she leads strategic initiatives and policy advocacy focused on Indigenous education, successfully securing transformative programs and funding for Tribal Colleges & Universities (TCUs) and Native students.
