Biography

Carolyn A. Wilkins is a distinguished Canadian economist currently serving as an external member of the Bank of England’s Financial Policy Committee. She is also a visiting senior research scholar at Princeton University’s Griswold Center for Economic Studies and sits on the Board of Directors of Intact Financial Corporation. Additionally, she is a guest mentor at HEC’s Creative Destruction Lab Blockchain and Web3 stream.
