Carmine Di Noia has served as the Director for Financial and Enterprise Affairs (DAF) at the OECD since 2022. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading the OECD's standard setting and policy work across a broad spectrum of critical areas.
His leadership encompasses anti-corruption, competition, financial consumer protection and education, corporate governance, financial markets, insurance and pensions, international investment, and responsible business conduct.
