Biography

Carl Miller is a digital researcher, author, and international speaker, primarily interested in how technology reshapes society and politics. In 2012, he co-founded the Centre for the Analysis of Social Media at Demos, the first UK think tank institute dedicated to studying the digital world, where he has served as Research Director since its inception.

Miller holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at DISARM Foundation, a role he commenced in 2025.
