Carl Weinberg is an American economist and the founder, Chief Economist, and managing director of High Frequency Economics, an economic research firm based in Valhalla, New York. He earned his bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and a doctorate in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a student of Nobel laureate Lawrence Klein.
