Caitlin Leksana serves as the Co-Founder and CEO of Fazeshift, a company that participated in Y Combinator's S24 batch. Her entrepreneurial journey also includes co-founding and serving as CEO of Carma.

Prior to her work with startups, Leksana gained experience as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (Bcg). She also held an Investment Intern position at Dcvc. Caitlin Leksana holds an MBA from Harvard.
