Bridget van Kralingen is a Partner and member of the management committee at Motive Partners, a private equity firm, where she focuses on growing the firm. She joined Motive Partners in 2022. Prior to this, she held numerous leadership positions at IBM, most recently as Senior Vice President of IBM Global Markets.
