Bruno S. Frey is a distinguished Swiss economist known for his extensive work in political economy and happiness economics. He currently serves as Research Director at CREMA – Center for Research in Economics, Management and the Arts in Switzerland, a position he has held since 2000. Additionally, he is a Permanent Visiting Professor of Political Economy at the University of Basel, a role he assumed in 2015.
