Biography

Brian Thomas Moynihan is an American lawyer and banker, currently serving as the Chairman, President, and CEO of Bank of America, roles he was promoted to in 2010. He is also a member of the Council on Competitiveness board and the Partnership for Rhode Island board. In July 2024, Moynihan became the Chancellor of Brown University.

Moynihan was born in Marietta, Ohio, and graduated from Brown University in 1981 with a history major.
