Biography

Brendan Dillon is a Partner and the Head of Capital Formation, Credit, and Capital Markets at Veritas Capital. In this capacity, he plays a key role in the firm's credit strategies, capital markets activities, and capital raising efforts.

Prior to joining Veritas Capital, Dillon held significant leadership positions at UBS. He served as Global Co-Head of Leveraged Debt Capital Markets, where his responsibilities encompassed Leveraged Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Restructuring, and LATAM debt.
