Brandon Matsui serves as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley (Eaton Vance), where he leads fixed income ETF portfolio management and capital markets. In this capacity, he oversees critical functions related to the management and strategy of fixed income exchange-traded funds.

Prior to his tenure at Morgan Stanley, Matsui was the head of the fixed income Systematic Investment Solutions in the US for the DWS Group.
