Biography

Bozidar Djelic is a Managing Director at Lazard, where he serves as the Head of Central and Eastern Europe and is a member of the European Management Committee. Since 2014, he has led Lazard's operations in the region, advising on 60 transactions across 15 CEE countries, with a total disclosed value of €33 billion. His work at Lazard includes M&A, corporate debt/equity raising, IPO advisory, and corporate/sovereign debt restructuring.
