Boyuan Chen is a PhD Candidate in Computer Science at New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD), co-advised by Professor Muhammad Shafique and Professor Siddharth Garg. His research focuses on Trustworthy AI, specifically MLLM safety and alignment. He possesses a solid understanding and skills in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Prior to his PhD studies, Chen worked as a French & English Localization and Dubbing Specialist at Startimes.
