Bob Knakal is a sales broker specializing in investment properties in New York City, having started his real estate career in 1984 at CB Richard Ellis. In 1988, he co-founded Massey Knakal Realty Services with Paul J. Massey Jr.

, which grew to become New York's #1 building sales firm. From 1988 through 2014, Massey Knakal closed over 6,000 transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $23 billion.
