Bill McDermott is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ServiceNow, an enterprise software company. Since joining in late 2019, ServiceNow has more than tripled its full-year revenues and landed on the Fortune 500 list. Under his leadership, the company has pursued an ambitious Agentic AI roadmap, aiming to become the AI Defining Enterprise Software Company of the 21st Century.

Prior to ServiceNow, McDermott served as CEO of SAP, the largest European software company.
