Bilahari Kausikan is a distinguished Singaporean diplomat and civil servant. He currently holds the position of Ambassador-at-Large & Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a role he has held since 2013. His extensive career in public service has been primarily focused on foreign affairs and international relations.

Kausikan joined the civil service in 1981 as a foreign service officer and was assigned to the Administrative Service in 1983.
