At EDA, Inc., she spearheaded the development of CultureVue™, a SaaS platform that provides real-time culture analytics, aiming to revolutionize how organizations manage workforce culture and position the company as a leader in AI-driven culture management.

In addition to her role at EDA, Inc., Hagemann is the Co-Founder and Co-Chair of WomenExecs on Boards, a position she has held since 2018.
