Betsey Stevenson is an economist and Professor of Economics and Public Policy at the University of Michigan's Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy. Her research focuses on the intersection of public policy and the macroeconomy, particularly labor market outcomes and the decisions people make around work and life. She is the co-author of 'Principles of Economics,' 'Principles of Microeconomics,' and 'Principles of Macroeconomics.
