Elizabeth Ann Van Duyne is an American politician who has served as the U.S. Representative for Texas's 24th congressional district since 2021. A member of the Republican Party, she previously held the position of Mayor of Irving, Texas, from 2011 to 2017. During the first Trump administration, Van Duyne was an official in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Born in Albany, New York, Van Duyne moved to Irving, Texas, in 1986.
