Bertin Martens is a research economist with a professional focus on the economics of digital data, media, services, and platform issues. He holds the position of Senior Research Fellow at Bruegel, based in Brussels. Additionally, Martens serves as a Non-resident Research Fellow at the Tilburg University Law & Economics Centre (TILEC).
