Benjamin Rosman serves as a Professor at the University of the Witwatersrand, where he also directs the MIND Institute and the RAIL Lab. His academic and research focus is on the intersection of artificial intelligence and neuroscience.

Beyond his university roles, Rosman is a Co-Founder of Lelapa AI, an initiative focused on advancing AI, and a Co-Founder of the Deep Learning Indaba, a community-building event for African machine learning.
