Ben Habib is a British-Pakistani businessman and politician. He is the Group Chief Executive and Chief Investment Officer of First Property Group plc, a commercial property fund investment company he founded in 2000. The company operates in the United Kingdom, Poland, and Romania. Prior to founding First Property Group, Habib worked as an analyst in the corporate finance department at Lehman Brothers in 1987 and was appointed finance director of the insurance broker PWS Holdings in 1989.
