Belinda Parmar OBE is the CEO of The Empathy Business, an organization focused on using the science of empathy to transform the world of work. She is also recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, a position she has held since 2015.

Parmar is the founder of LITTLE MISS GEEK LTD, established in 2012. Her experience also includes serving as an Empathy-In-Residence at Centrica from June 2018 to June 2020.
