Bastian Bergmann is the Co-Founder and COO of Solsten, where he focuses on understanding user behavior through a deep understanding of human psychology amplified by AI. Solsten aims to help companies resonate fully with their audiences by providing deep empathy.

Prior to Solsten, Bergmann was the Founder and CEO of WATTx, a deep tech venture builder. In this role, he was responsible for creating the concept, growing the team from 0 to 30 people, and building three B2B focused SaaS startups.
