Barry Friedman is the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Professor of Law and Director of the Policing Project at NYU School of Law. He is an American academic recognized as one of the country's leading authorities on constitutional law, policing, and criminal law.
In addition to his professorship, Friedman directs the Policing Project, an initiative at NYU School of Law. He also served as Reporter for Principles of Law: Policing at The American Law Institute.
