Barrett Ersek is the CEO and Founder of Holganix, a company he launched in 2010 with a mission to restore life to the soil and champion thrivability. His vision for Holganix was sparked by a moment of gratitude in 2008 after his turf care company, HappyLawn, experienced a fire. This led him to develop a Chessapeake Bay-safe solution for water and turf, focusing on building soil health.

As a serial entrepreneur, Ersek has built and sold two start-ups prior to leading Holganix.
