Luísa Cardoso Barreto serves as the President-Director of Companhia de Desenvolvimento de Minas Gerais (CODEMGE). A native of Belo Horizonte, Brazil, she holds a degree in Public Policies and Governmental Management and a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management, both from the Escola de Governo da Fundação João Pinheiro.
