Barbara Annis is the CEO of Gender Intelligence Group Inc. and serves as Chair Emeritus of the Women's Leadership Board at Harvard Kennedy School, a position she has held since 1992. After emigrating from Italy and building a career, she became the first female sales manager at Sony. Her experiences led her to develop the Gender Intelligence® method, focusing on transforming leadership and culture within corporate settings.
