Nicholas Peter Baldwin is a British businessman. He served as chief executive of Powergen from 2001 to 2002. Later, he became chairman of the Office for Nuclear Regulation in 2011, a role he held until 2019. He also served as interim chairman of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority from 2007 to 2008. Currently, he is a Managing Director at Lincoln International.
