Balaraman Ravindran is a Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, where he serves as the founding head of the Wadhwani School of Data Science and AI, the Robert Bosch Centre for Data Science & AI, and the Centre for Responsible AI (CeRAI). With over three decades of experience, his research interests focus on reinforcement learning, responsible AI, and deep reinforcement learning.
