Biography

Omer Aziz is a lawyer, author, and political writer known for his work as a geopolitical and foreign policy advisor. He served as a speechwriter to the Prime Minister of Canada, Mark Carney, and later as a foreign policy advisor in the government of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

Aziz is the author of "Brown Boy: A Memoir" (Scribner, 2023) and "Shadows of the Republic: The Rebirth of Fascism in America and How to Defeat it for Good" (2026).
