Aydian Dowling is the Chief Advancement Officer and Co-Founder of Point of Pride, an organization he helped establish to advance the lives of transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse individuals. In his role, he is responsible for driving Executive Inclusion, Long-Term Vision, and Fundraising Strategy, including leading the Capstone TDOV Fundraiser and ensuring sustainable growth for the organization.
