Avner Offer is an economic historian and an Emeritus Fellow of All Souls College, Oxford. He previously held the distinguished Chichele Professorship in Economic History at the University of Oxford, England, and is recognized as a fellow of the British Academy.
His published work covers international political economy, law, the First World War, and land tenure.
