Aurora James is a Canadian American creative director, activist, and fashion designer, born on July 12, 1984. She was born in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, to a Ghanaian father and a Canadian mother, and her childhood was split between Canada and Jamaica. In 2010, James relocated to Los Angeles and later to New York City. Her background includes experience in fashion, journalism, art, photography, and horticulture.
