Audrey Finocchiaro is the co-founder and co-owner of The Nitro Bar, a Rhode Island-based coffee company. Started in 2016 as a summer project with a $1,500 credit card and a DIY coffee cart, The Nitro Bar has expanded into a local brand with three shops, a mobile fleet, and over 70 Nitro taps across the state, employing a team of nearly 80. Alongside her business partner, Sam Lancaster, she focuses on quality, connection, and creating spaces for people to enjoy the moment.
