Audra Pakalnyte is a General Partner at First Move, where she focuses on writing first checks into startups in Southeast Asia, particularly those building with AI. She brings over 15 years of experience scaling startups across the region, transitioning from an operator role to a GP.

Prior to her role at First Move, Pakalnyte co-founded Fave, a Sequoia-backed company that was later acquired by Pine Labs. She also co-founded PlateCulture and ran Startup Malaysia's entrepreneurship programs.
