Biography

Mary Astrid Segovia Tuminez is the seventh president of Utah Valley University (UVU) in Orem, Utah, and its first female president, a role she has held since 2018. She leads the largest public university in Utah, which focuses on creating opportunities for over 43,000 traditional and non-traditional students through technical-vocational, four-year, and master's degrees.
